For your convenience and mine, I am accepting payment for Juventus & OIP indoor soccer registration online. I can accept PayPal,
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you do not have a
PayPal account, simply select "Don't have a Paypal account?" in the payment
screen to pay with a debit or credit card. Please note
that the PayPal processing fee has been added to the registration cost for
online payments. (See above dropdown.) I would prefer to receive
payments via Paypal, but you may still pay with cash or check. Please make checks payable to Lonnie Griffiths.
If paying with cash, please enclose payment in an envelope with your name on
it.

U12 - $90 (includes Dome registration and ref fees)
U14 - $90 (includes Dome registration and ref fees)
U16 - $90 (includes Dome registration and ref fees)
Men's - $70 (Dome registration)
